Yeehaw Princess: Yeehaw Princess, an earing company, came to me with an existing style that gave off some serious Kacey Musgraves and space cowboy vibes. I created the logo to resemble a vintage neon sign, something cool enough to hang in Kacey Musgraves’ garage but still unique enough to represent all of the beautiful earrings and unique personality of this small business. I added a gradient option to keep the work fun and colorful and to tie in the space cowboy style. Put it all together and you have one sassy, space cowgirl brand.
Ze Moody Maker: Ze Moody Maker, is a woman-owned business creating a variety of handmade products. She wanted her logo to have a retro and funky vibe while being versatile enough to work alongside all types of products. Pop culture icons, Ms. Frizzle from the Magic School Bus, Kacey Musgraves, and Blanche from Golden Girls were among the inspiration for the design. The logo is eye-catching yet still clean enough to be used as a stamp on product shipments.
Tartan Treats Bakery and Sweet Shop: Tartan Treats Bakery and Sweet Shop serve up sweet treats in the way of cupcakes, cakes, bread, and Scottish goodies. Sara, head baker, and owner wanted a friendly, hand-drawn logo that paid homage to her Scottish heritage by utilizing her Ross Family Tartan. I chose a typeface that portrays the qualities she desired and created a pattern for the cupcake liner that resembled her family Tartan. I drew the cupcake icon to be utilized within the logo and as a branding element that will easily transfer into different mediums.
Love Nood: Love Nood is a skincare company that exists to help women feel empowered in their bare skin. I chose a typeface that is luxurious, matching the high-end look and feel of this companies products. The logo design for this company is clean, luxurious, and feminine, everything this brand embodies!
