Elim Consulting
I had the opportunity to take these business cards from design to production for Paul Polk, owner, and founder of Elim Consulting. He wanted the cards to be memorable, not just another business card that gets lost in an office drawer. He came to me with an existing logo and color palette of white and blue. The typeface and placement of the information are clean and modern allowing for the physical production of the card to be the standout detail. I worked with Coopers Copies and Printing in Denton to select the material used for the cards as well as the accent color utilized on the edge. From the moment the card is presented, the new connection will remember the card’s impression and the person who handed it to them.
Madison Newman Design
My goals in the creation of my business cards were for the information to be straightforward and the design to be fun and unique. Creating the icons for my email and Instagram allowed me to incorporate my personal branding with some pops of color while also showcasing my skill. The contrast of script and sans serif typeface allows me to align with my goals for the card, being straightforward and fun. I chose a thicker stock of paper to give the cards some substance and a matte finish to allow the design to be the standout feature.
